I’ve just started Aylet Fishbach’s Get it Done book and am totally nerding out on it!
It's all about the science of motivation and how to bridge the gap between our intentions and our actions. Though I acknowledge not everyone’s a reader, so, I have provided some options for you to dip into the behavioural insights it provides in a way that suits your style of learning below.
Read here.
Aylet discusses the key insights from the book.

Give yourself a healthy dose of comfort!
In the words of Matt Haig, from his reassuring and soothing book of reflections on life, The Comfort Book, stop trying to “improve” yourself and start loving yourself unconditionally instead. "You don’t have to continually improve yourself to love yourself. Love is not something you only deserve if you reach a goal. The world is one of pressure, but don’t let it squeeze your self-compassion. You were born worthy of love and you remain worthy of love. Be kind to yourself.
Is there something you are forcing yourself to improve on right now that might be better served by showing yourself some love and encouragement around instead?
